SHIPPING

We currently ship within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time.

ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

Orders placed before 11:00am Brisbane time on a day the store is open, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 11:00am, on weekends, public holidays or when the store is closed will usually be dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time depends on the service selected and your location.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING OPTIONS

Express shipping is $18 for orders up to $199. Standard shipping is free on orders of $200 or more. *Excluding hair care*

Australia Post Parcel Post and Express Post options may also be available at checkout. Their shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery address and selected service.

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur after dispatch due to carrier or weather disruptions.

LOCAL PICKUP

If local pickup is available for your order, the option and pickup details will be shown at checkout.
