PRODUCTS AND COLOUR

We take care to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Hair colour may look different depending on your screen, lighting and individual hair colour. Images are a guide only; please review the product information and colour images carefully before ordering.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed using a payment method offered at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; if we’re unable to fulfil an order, we’ll contact you and refund any amount paid for that order.

ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY

Please check your order details, selected colour and length before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but an order may already be in preparation.

SHIPPING

We currently ship within Australia. Shipping options, charges and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and explained in our Shipping Policy. Dispatch timing and carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees of arrival by a particular date.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Change-of-mind requests are handled under our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Nothing in that policy or these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law. If a product does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy. These Terms do not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
